Generally there are 2 types of meters: mechanical and digital meter.
The speed is a compulsory info on the meter, According to the China National Standard, the speed shall not be lower than the real speed, the tolerance between the meter speed and the real speed shall meet: "0≤meter speed-real speed≤real speed/10+4km/h".
For example ,the real speed is 100km/h,the speed on the meter will be: 100＜meter speed≤114km/h
