1,The structure of EFI system

-Fuel supply System: fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, high pressure fuel pipe, fuel injector.

-Air Intake System: air filter, throttle body.

-Electronic Control System:ECU(Electronic control unit),engine rotation sensor, MAP sensor, cylinder temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, throttle sensor.

2,How the EFI System works

It is transformed from the automobile EFI system,so the working principle is same as automobile EFI,The working conditions of the vehicle and the engine are transmitted to the ECU through multiple sensors, and the ECU sends signals to the ignition coil and fuel injector after calculation to control the ignition time and fuel injection volume.

3,Advantages and disadvantages of EFI system(compare with the carburetor)

Advantages:

-it can reduce fuel consumption and emissions.

-it can increase engine output power and torque.

-The adaptability to altitude and temperature is stronger than carburetor.

Disadvantages:

-High repair and maintenance costs.

-The EFI system cost is also much higher than carburetor.
