2,How the ABS System works.

The wheel speed sensors keep monitoring the speed of rotation when we ride our motorcycle on road, If the wheels are about to lock due to hard braking or slippery road conditions, the ABS hydraulic unit momentarily reduces the brake pressure applied by the rider, so that the wheels continue to rotate without lock suddenly. This will help the rider to control the motorcycle stably and slow down safely.

Motorcycle ABS works by constantly measuring wheel speed, but it only intervenes to adjust brake pressure if it detects that a wheel is about to stop rotating. You will not feel different when normal riding, but you can be confident that in an emergency just apply full brake force without the wheels locking up.

3,Advantages and disadvantages of ABS system(compare with non ABS models).

Advantages:

-The ABS system can reduce the braking distance.

-It also can reduce the crushes on the road.

Disadvantages:

-High repair and maintenance costs.
