In the previous article ( HONEST MOTOR QUALITY CONTROL 3 ), Honest Motor technical team showed you in the first step of assembly quality inspection- Appearance inspection. Today, the same team will continue to introduce the second step - Assembly quality inspection,which is carried out by the inspection personnel after the assembly is finished and the inspection rate is 100%,let’s show you in detail as follows:

1,Assembly integrity

According to customer requirements (detailed configuration and packaging requirements), parts should be assembled completely, firmly and correctly, with reliable functions, flexible and smooth operation, and the cables and harness should be neat and beautiful without errors or omissions.

2,Engine

A,Ensure that at normal temperature, electric/kick starting is easy, idling is smooth.

B,Adjust the idle speed to 1500±100rpm.

C,Smooth acceleration (no stalling, slow refueling, backfire,slow oil return, etc.).

D,Flexible gear shifting (no gear slipping, gear jumping, or jamming).

E,The clutch is engaged and disengaged well, and the manual clutch has sufficient semi-clutch distance (unclear separation, slipping, rushing, abnormal noise, etc. are not allowed).

F,The engine runs smoothly, without abnormal vibration or noise.

G,The engine has no oil leakage, oil seepage, air leakage, liquid leakage, etc.

3,Fasteners

A, The sizes are correct, the tightening torque is good, there is no looseness and the threads are not damaged.

B, The bolts,nut and coating are not damaged.

4, Steering,Support,Shock absorber parts

A, The hand bar and steering column runs flexibly (no jamming, looseness, or setbacks, and No interference with other parts during steering).

B, The main/side stand is retracted and extended smoothly (no delay, jamming,falling, sliding, shaking, etc.).

C, The shock absorber has a good damping effect and works good of compression/return (no stuck, bottoming out, abnormal noise, etc.).

5, Electrical parts

A, The cables are routed reasonably, neatly, and the plug-ins are firm.

B , Electric parts, switches, horns, and lights works well.

C , The meter works well with clear and reasonable area on dashboard(no light leakage, no shaking or jamming of the pointer).

D, The switch is flexible to operate and the gear position is clear (no sticking, unclear gear position, poor contact, etc.).

6, All locks

The locking is smooth, firm and reliable, the gear position is clear and smooth.

7, Chains and sprockets

A ,Smooth operation (no jamming, abnormal chain jumping, etc.).

B, Chain droop tightness 10-20MM.

8, Braking system

Comfortable operation, sensitive braking (no braking delay, shoe grinding, abnormal noise, etc.).

9, Plastic covers

A, The gaps are uniform, the installation is stable and reliable,no noise during riding.

Assembly quality inspection is the most important step of HONEST MOTOR's vehicle quality inspection. It is carried out by our quality inspectors, and the inspection rate is 100% (that is, all motorcycles must pass the inspection). If there are any problems, our technicians will record it, and other personnel will drive them out of the qualified area and re-inspect them after rectification until all items are qualified. Then we will check on the testing line (we will introduce them in detail in the next article) and then pack them.
